Evan Lipp founded The Title Source after many years embedded in the Dallas business market. Beginning his career in accounting, he had a keen eye for detail and a commitment to precision. Transitioning to the real estate industry, Lipp held leadership positions in title firms, including CFO.

Working through the unprecedented changes of 2020, Evan’s leadership and strategic thinking were instrumental in weathering the market shakeup. Fueled by a desire to create something unique and driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Evan decided to embark on a new venture.

The Title Source was born out of his vision to offer a boutique, white-glove service that blends modern technology with personalized attention to detail. Evan’s fresh perspective and innovative approach allow The Title Source to stand apart from traditional title companies, delivering a superior experience to every client.
